Management takes time out on a quarterly basis and brings all the employees together for “Town Hall” meetings where employees are encouraged to ask questions, voice concerns or make suggestions for improvement. Management also gives the employees a very frank “State of ASHTA” report at these meetings which encompass such things as their assessment of the current business climate, future prospects and the state of the company’s financial wellbeing.

At ASHTA, we are proud of the fact that year after year, our customer satisfaction surveys show that our customers consistently rate us at or near the top of all the various suppliers they deal with. The graphic below shows that on the most recent survey (concluded in February 2011), our overall score was the BEST among the 40 chemical companies surveyed by the third-party survey company that we employed. We exceeded the median scores in EVERY MATCHABLE INSTANCE and set new high benchmarks in six areas. These great scores prove that we continue to perform at or above the level of our customer’s expectations. We supply them the highest quality products in a timely fashion at competitive prices. They like doing business with us because we have a proven track record of performance and reliability. They find our sales representatives and customer service representatives to be personable, knowledgeable and readily available – every time; all the time.
