ACC’s Client-Centric Theme Aligns with ASHTA Brand

ASHTA participated in the annual meeting of the American Chemistry Council (ACC), which was converted from a large, in-person conference and networking event in Colorado to a virtual conference via Zoom. As the COVID-19 pandemic spread in large numbers to the U.S. in March, the ACC deftly made the transition, which resulted in a successful virtual event.

ASHTA “attended” a number of virtual breakout sessions, several of which focused on client centricity and the customer experience, a theme which dovetails nicely with our brand, Experience ASHTA. Our focus on providing reliable, high-quality and safe experiences for our customers and partner centers on delivering extraordinary experiences in every interaction. It’s how we do business every day, in every interaction.

Until travel and in-person meetings can resume, virtual communications will continue to be the way we interact with our industry associations. ASHTA will remain engaged with the ACC and our industry partners and share updates with you.
